In South Australia, traditionally your choices were either Adelaide University or Flinders University. Obviously, because Flinders is in the middle of nowhere, the obvious pick for many students was the University of Adelaide Law School. However, more recently, the UniSA Law School has sparked up serious competition, particularly in light of Professor Paul Fairell, former Dean of Law at the University of Adelaide, who has now moved to UniSA to head their faculty.

I took the time to do a bit of Internet searching about the two Law School’s and also discovered some very “interesting” information about the new Dean of the Adelaide Law School, Associate Professor Rosemary Owens. There seem to be various students who have expressed their discontention about the new Dean on various websites, including blogs and one petition that asks her to quit.

I think my decision is clear.
